$250 per night, 3 night minimum & $500 Security Deposit.

New Years $500 a night, 3 night minimum & $500 Security Deposit.

50% deposit upon booking, remainder 60 days before stay.

Cancellation policy:

You’ll get a full refund of the security fees if you cancel.

If there is a government declared stay-at-home order in the area during your reservation dates you’ll receive a full refund of the rental charges as well. In all other circumstances rental charges are refunded based on when we receive your notification:

Cancel 60+ days get a full refund of rental charges minus 10% rebooking charge

Cancel 30-59 days get 50% refund of rental fee

Under 30 days no refund of rental fee. All paid prepayments are non-refundable.
